Free Friday is a fun way for us to share our products with you. Every week we will feature a product you can try for free! Here's how it works:

  • Join our newsletter — it is the only way to be notified about the weekly free product.
  • Check your inbox Friday mornings. You will find an email from us with a special promotion code (as well as a bunch of other great information in our weekly newsletter).
  • Click the button in the email to view the Free Friday item. Then add the item to your shopping cart.
  • In checkout, enter the discount code from your email. The code is also displayed at the top of this page each week.
  • Your cart total will be reduced according to the value of one (1) Free Friday item. 

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Free Friday for anyone?
Yes! All customers (retail, wholesale, new, loyalty, affiliate, referral, and more) can get a free product from us every Friday.

Free Friday doesn't work like it did before - what changed?
You will no longer see a special product in our store that has been marked down to $0 for this promotion. Now you will be adding the normal, full price product to your cart and using a discount code to make the product free. We had to make this change because of inventory control.

Can I use the discount code to get another product for free?
No, the code is setup to only work with the specific Free Friday product.

Can I get more than one Free Friday each week?
No, only one free product per customer per week. 

What is the timeframe for redeeming the Free Friday discount code?
The promotion starts each Friday at 12am (EST) and continues until Saturday at 3am (EST).

I prefer to place orders by phone. Can I still use the discount code?
Sorry, the Free Friday promotion is only for orders placed through our website.

How does shipping work?
Standard shipping rates still apply. That means if your order is less than $100, you will have the option of selecting standard or expedited shipping rates calculated according to your shipping address. If you order is $100 or more, you will have an additional option of free shipping which can be selected at checkout.

The code is not working for me. What should I do?
First, be sure that you have correctly copied/entered the code correctly from the email. Next, check the date — if it isn't Friday, the code won't work. Next, check the items in your cart — if your cart doesn't include the Free Friday product, the code won't work. Have you already placed a successful order with the discount code? If so, the code will not work for a second order. Finally, be sure you are using the correct code for your account — there are different codes for retail and wholesale customers that cannot be interchanged. If you are still having problems, please call 1-800-867-7353 and we will be happy to help.

Can a Free Friday code be combined with other discount codes?
Our discount codes are setup to combine with each other; however, the system does not allow an eligible item in the cart to receive more than one product discount. If multiple product discount codes are applied to the same order, the system may drop one of the codes and only apply one to the order. This restriction in the system may prevent a Free Friday discount to work in combination with another code (such as a Loyalty points discount).
