Illinois Wholesale Customers
Nutritional Resources recently began collecting sales tax in your state. This is because our business has developed an economic nexus in Illinois.
We wanted to inform you of this change and provide an opportunity for your business to submit the proper form to claim a tax exemption. If we do not have a valid tax exemption from your business, your orders with Nutritional Resources will be charged current tax rates for your state.
What we need from you:
- Wholesale customers in Illinois need to submit form CRT-61. Click this link to access the form: Illinois Certificate of Resale (CRT-61).
- Please complete the form with your information.
- Download the completed form and email a copy to wholesale@nutritionalresources.com.
If you have already submitted the correct information to claim your sales tax exemption, you can disregard this email.
